If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help! We provide the option to return, refund or exchange your purchases within ten (10) working days of receiving your order.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product or a refund to your bank account.
Please note the following terms to our return and exchange policy:
• All items purchased online through www.saffiyyahcouture.com are returnable except for products on sale.
• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• No returns will be accepted after 10 working days of receiving your order.
• We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (we sent an incorrect
or defective item, etc). If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the
return shipping amount.
• The product(s) must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused. Should the product
returned to us is in unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
• Once we have received your return, we will credit you in the same manner as your request
within 7 working days of receiving the returned item

1. How do I return or exchange a product?
You may return the product within 10 working days from the date you received your parcel. The product must be according to our return/exchange policy terms above.

2. What return options are available?
You can choose between these three (3) options on how you want us to handle your returns:
a) Refund in the form of Online Store Credit
b) Refund your money to your bank account
c) Exchange items with the correct or different producr *
* Exchange items must be of the same price or equal value. If exchange item is higher, you must pay the additional charges.
3. Will there be delivery chargers?
For any exchange request, shipping will be charged for both return and new delivery.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (we sent an incorrect or defective item, etc)
4. How do I know if my returned item has been received?
We will notify you as soon as we receive your returning parcel and your return request will be processed accordingly.
5. When can I expect my refund/exchange?
All return/refund/exchange requests will be processed within seven (7) working days from the date we receive the return parcel.
